A woman called me from NJF’s to let me know they did not carry the flowers or the vase for the arrangement I chose online. I said thanks anyway and was about to hang up when she offered to put something together that I would be beyond satisfied with. We discussed the flowers and she convinced this doubting Thomas to trust her that that I would be happy with it. Let me just say gay I’d put my trust in her again and again because she never gave up. Ownership/management must know what an asset she is! It was gorgeous! Thank you!

I've been receiving flowers from Knot for quite a while because my husband regularly surprises me with beautiful arrangements from them. Every bouquet has been absolutely gorgeous, fresh, and thoughtfully designed. What impresses me most is how long the flowers last. They stay beautiful far longer than flowers I've received from other florists.
You can tell they take pride in the quality of their work, and every arrangement has made me smile. I highly recommend Knot if you're looking for fresh, stunning flowers and excellent service!

The fliers were nice the first day. After that they rapidly started to lose their luster and initial beauty. She commented, sadly, how bad they looked the next day.
To say the least, I’m not satisfied!

We’re so sorry to hear you were disappointed with your recent order. Flower longevity can occasionally vary depending on environmental conditions, but we always want our customers to be completely satisfied.
When you called, we immediately offered to replace the arrangement with a fresh bouquet and simply requested photos so we could address the issue with our suppliers. We remain happy to follow through on that replacement.
Providing excellent service and standing behind our work is very important to us.

The woman delivering the flowers was extra nice and friendly. The flowers are just beautiful. They were delivered on Tuesday and they are still going strong today on Saturday. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Over the course of two months, I sent three emails and left multiple voicemails, yet never received a single response from anyone at Just Knot Flowers. This level of unresponsiveness is completely unacceptable—especially when potential clients are prepared to spend $5,000+ on floral services.
Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. They lost out big time. Hopefully, this review saves others from wasting their time and encourages you to choose a florist that values communication and customer service.

Hannah, I think there may have been some confusion. Are you sure you were not contacting "Just Flowers"? They are an internet based order gatherer and I would not be surprised you are having issues. As the son of a florist and a wholesaler I learned what quality flowers and design work is. Having a wife that is a former floral designer we only expect and accept the highest quality. I wish I could give a higher than 5 star rating. Rebecca delivered flowers in bad weather to my cousin when 2 other florist had promised they would deliver flowers but didn’t follow through. Rebecca called me back after I left a message. Listened to me, understood why I was trying to get flowers delivered. Made a beautiful arrangement and delivered it to my cousin who had been released from the hospital. A little disappointed with my order for Mothers Day flowers. I selected the choice of the website for "Designers Choices Roses". In the photo it showed red roses only. However the flowers received included about 5 different flowers and 3 of them were roses (yellow roses). However the arrangement itself was beautiful. But I just wanted it to have mainly "RED" roses. Delivery was timely and excellent. And it was very easy to order online. Next time I would probably feel more comfortable going into the shop to ensure I was getting what I wanted.

I am so sorry you were not 100% satisfied. A designers choice is considered to be what the designer thinks would be the prettiest with the flowers we have in stock. I know that when you place an order online you are expecting the inspiration picture shown. I am so sorry for the misunderstanding . Customer service was stellar as a florist called me days before to inform me of their need to swap out some of the blooms. She assured me that it would be equivalent to what I'd ordered and it exceeded my expectations. I used to work in special events and have had my share of working through floral designs for events. The design itself was perfect for the person who was beautiful just like her name, Daisy. Great blooms for the cost as well. EXCELLENT!

The bouquet was pretty but it was $100.00 and not very big for that. It was75.00 for flowers, 10.00 delivery and 6.00 service fee. You also did not put the right message on the card. You put 50 never looked. Online said 50 never looked so good on you. These were for my 50 bday from husband and were we disappointed for the money spent!

I'm so sorry you were unhappy with the arrangement. A $75 arrangement in a cube vase is small and compact due to the stature of the vase. The same flowers left longer in a taller vase would be showier. We would be happy to pick it up and replace it with a more showy design. As for the card, I'm sorry. Online order are printed out then our staff has to re enter them into our system. Sometimes we do make mistakes and I am terribly sorry. We would be happy to replace that as well. Please give us a call at 901-867-2300 so that we can see about making this right!

I missed one sister's name from the gift card, and inspite of the fact I sent a message straight away (I am in the UK) it wasn't picked up in a timely fashion, so was left off the card. The reason given was the emails were not checked-why not? Phoning you was not an option because of the time difference!

I have had rose arrangments in the past for other florist. This is probably one of the 1st time that all the roses lasted over a week. I hate getting expensive arrangements that die in a couple of days, but this arrangement is absolutely beatiful.

The flowers were beautiful but my message was not attached nor my name. When she called to ask who sent the flowers they didn’t tell her. I paid $125.00 for the arrangement and was disappointed that my name wasn’t on the card.

I am so sorry about the mix up! Unfortunately in the card message area you filled out, we only had the message with no signature. Some people chose not to sign their cards, so we only put exactly what you type. It's company policy not give out any customer information for your protection.I completely understand your dissapointment. Our employee should have called you to verify it was ok to give out your name ( we will address that as a company). I am so glad you were pleased with the arrangment, and hope you will give us a second chance.

I sent a birthday flower bouquet to my mother and not only did they work with me to design the right arrangement, but when they learned after leaving the flowers that my mother was out of town they retrieved the flowers and re-delivered after she returned home. I cannot provide am accurate rating being that the request arrangement wasn't available. My recommendation is that if you do not have an arrangement(flower) in stock, notate that on your website. I appreciate the called to still accommodate me, but I don't know how the new arrangement looked and I wasn't compensated for the inconvenience.

When a problem arises we always call our customers to okay a substitution. So there are no surprises. Unfortunately we are unable to carry everything online at any given time. My family ADORED the musical church floral arrangement that was sent by my co-workers to my mother in laws funeral. I have NEVER seen anything like this! It was so sweet. The church lights up and plays music (The little brown church by the wildwood) Beautiful fresh daisys adorned the bottom of it. We have this displayed in our home and will display it at Christmas in memory of her. I, from now on, will be sending this type of arrangement to funerals.
